41017:2024\uff09\u7684\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c\u4e3a\u5404\u7c7b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u7ba1\u7406\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u63a7\u5236\u6846\u67b6 <sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e00\u3001 \u6807\u51c6\u6838\u5fc3\u903b\u8f91\uff1a\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\u5e94\u5bf9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_973a70c56167ab0f-22\">\u8be5\u6807\u51c6\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5173\u6ce8\u201c\u5982\u4f55\u6d88\u6740\u201d\uff0c\u66f4\u4fa7\u91cd\u4e8e\u5c06\u75ab\u60c5\u7ba1\u7406\u6574\u5408\u5230\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u603b\u4f53\u98ce\u9669\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u4e1a\u52a1\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d <sup><\/sup>\u3002\u5b83\u5c06\u75ab\u60c5\u5e94\u5bf9\u5206\u4e3a\u56db\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u9636\u6bb5 <sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u51c6\u5907\u9636\u6bb5\uff08\u7a33\u5b9a\u671f\/\u524d\u75ab\u60c5\u9636\u6bb5\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u5efa\u7acb\u9884\u8b66\u673a\u5236\u4e0e\u5e94\u6025\u8ba1\u5212 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u54cd\u5e94\u9636\u6bb5\uff08\u9884\u8b66\/\u53d1\u75c5\u671f\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u6fc0\u6d3b\u6001\u52bf\u76d1\u89c6\uff0c\u5b9e\u65bd\u54cd\u5e94\u63aa\u65bd \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6062\u590d\u9636\u6bb5\uff08\u6062\u590d\u671f\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u9010\u6b65\u8c03\u6574\u8bbe\u65bd\u8fd0\u884c\u53c2\u6570\uff0c\u56de\u5f52\u5e38\u6001 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6539\u8fdb\u9636\u6bb5\uff08\u7a33\u5b9a\u671f\/\u540e\u75ab\u60c5\u9636\u6bb5\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u57fa\u4e8e\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6559\u8bad\u4f18\u5316\u4f53\u7cfb \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e8c\u3001 \u6838\u5fc3\u5185\u5bb9\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u98ce\u9669\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u539f\u5219<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_973a70c56167ab0f-27\">\u6807\u51c6\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u5e94\u6025\u8ba1\u5212\u5fc5\u987b\u57fa\u4e8e<strong>\u98ce\u9669\u9a71\u52a8<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u79d1\u5b66\u4f9d\u636e<\/strong> \u9632\u6b62\u63a5\u89e6\u4f20\u67d3\u6e90\u3001\u6d88\u9664\/\u51cf\u5c11\u4f20\u64ad\u9014\u5f84\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u6613\u611f\u4eba\u7fa4 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8bc1\u636e\u51b3\u7b56\uff1a<\/strong> \u6240\u6709\u7684\u65b9\u9488\u5236\u5b9a\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u7ecf\u8bc1\u5b9e\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u548c\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u575a\u51b3\u6392\u9664\u8c23\u8a00\u6216\u731c\u6d4b \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u9886\u5bfc\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u67b6\u6784<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u9ad8\u5c42\u627f\u8bfa\uff1a<\/strong> \u6700\u9ad8\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u9700\u8bc1\u5b9e\u5bf9\u8bbe\u65bd\u7528\u6237\u5065\u5eb7\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u5e76\u660e\u786e\u7ba1\u7406\u94fe\u6761 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5efa\u7acb\u5e94\u6025\u54cd\u5e94\u5c0f\u7ec4 (ERT)\uff1a<\/strong> \u8d1f\u8d23\u5236\u5b9a\u548c\u6f14\u7ec3\u54cd\u5e94\u8ba1\u5212 \u3002\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6210\u5458\u5e94\u6db5\u76d6\u6307\u6325\u3001\u8ba1\u5212\u3001\u8fd0\u884c\u3001\u540e\u52e4\u53ca\u8d22\u52a1\/\u884c\u653f\u7b49\u804c\u80fd \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u8d44\u6e90\u652f\u6301\u4e0e\u80fd\u529b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9700\u8bc6\u522b\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u6027\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u8fd0\u884c\u63a7\u5236\u4e0e\u6f14\u7ec3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6001\u52bf\u76d1\u89c6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6301\u7eed\u4ece\u6743\u5a01\u673a\u6784\uff08\u5982\u4e16\u536b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u536b\u5065\u90e8\u95e8\uff09\u83b7\u53d6\u53ef\u9760\u4fe1\u606f \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6a21\u62df\u6f14\u7ec3\uff1a<\/strong> PDCA\uff08\u7b56\u5212-\u5b9e\u65bd-\u68c0\u67e5-\u6539\u8fdb\uff09\u5faa\u73af
